Laura has over 11 years of work experience. Before joining Carelon Global Solutions, she worked at AT&T and Humana where she gained experience in sales, customer service/retention, accounting, billing, vendor management, TPA management, operation management and procurement.

Laura completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Master of Business Administration in Finance.
