Carmen Hernandez

Carmen brings over 25 years of experience in human resources management roles in the healthcare and property & casualty insurance industries at companies such as Molina Healthcare, AbbVie, United Healthcare Group and Chubb Insurance. 

She has strong experience working across Latin America and deep understanding of Puerto Rico and the U.S. employment landscape, including prior experience with startup operations in Puerto Rico.  She possesses a BBA with a major in Human Resources and is an active member of the SHRM Puerto Rico Chapter and the Labor Relations Practitioners Puerto Rico Association.
